A seasoned commercial real estate professional, Bryon brings decades of experience in acquisitions, development, and portfolio management, and previously spent more than 20 years as a top-performing Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis, consistently ranking among the firm’s leading brokers nationwide.

Bryon Ward is widely recognized for leading innovative, experience-driven development projects across Southern California, including award-winning retail and mixed-use destinations. His work emphasizes thoughtful design, community integration, and long-term value creation—an approach that has distinguished Burnham-Ward Properties as a leader in complex, high-impact developments.

Most notably, Bryon is a key leader in the $600 million revitalization of Dana Point Harbor, one of the most ambitious waterfront redevelopment projects on the West Coast. As part of Dana Point Harbor Partners, he oversees the transformation of the harbor’s commercial core—reimagining retail, dining, public spaces, and waterfront access into a cohesive, world-class destination while preserving its historic character. His leadership has helped guide the multi-phase project from vision to execution, setting a new standard for coastal development and community-centered placemaking.
