LA HARBOR TOUR – FRIDAY, OCTOBER 18TH

2:00 pm  I   $20.00   I  Limited Space of 50

The Port of Los Angeles has generously offered us an industrial tour of the Port of Los Angeles.  This will be a 1-1/2 hour boat tour.  Our host and Tour Guide is Marcel Van Dyke, Director.

The tour will depart from the Downtown Harbor pier across the street from the Maritime Museum@ 504 S. Harbor Blvd., San Pedro, CA.  Please arrive about 1:45pm to be directed to our groups location on the boat as the boat will depart promptly at 2:00pm.  We have reserved a section of the boat for 50. At least one other group will be on board and with their own tour director.

No alcoholic  beverages are allowed but water and soft drinks will be available on board. Lunch is not included . Ample parking is available across the street from the pier. Several restaurants are nearby on 5th and 6th streets including “The Grinder” and “Green Onion”.

We have invited the Los Angeles LAI Chapter, Counselors of Real Estate and Appraisal Institute members to join us.  You are welcome to invite guests but we are currently allotted 50 spaces so reservations are necessary and attendance will be on a first come first serve basis.
