ABOUT GREEN ECONOME:

Green EconoME’s services include energy disclosure reporting for the City of LA (EBEWE) and the State of CA (AB 802). By performing utility bill analysis and conducting audits, Green EconoME is able to identify opportunities to conserve energy and water usage. Green EconoME’s perspective is always independent, looking for the right solution for the problem. It must make sense financially, or the retrofit isn’t recommended. The analysis is clear and easy to understand with a focus on payback and ROI calculations. Any assumptions make sense.

Green EconoME works hard to receive utility incentives and has applied for and is in the process of receiving over $500K in incentives, for their clients, during 2017/2018.

Green EconoME manages and contracts the entire retrofit process to ensure maximum results. With the advent of new technologies, Green EconoME focuses on the implementation of energy monitoring to identify wasted energy and the installation of LED lighting and HVAC control to conserve energy usage and reduce kW demand. Green EconoME’s LED designs also meet Title 24 requirements.  Green EconoME’s clients range from commercial and industrial buildings to K–12 schools.
